The Chamber has many great networking events available to our members. Many of our larger events are held throughout the year, while taking a short break during the Summer months when many members are unable to attend due to vacations. Once a year the Chamber has it's annual meeting to acknowledge our out going board members and welcome our new ones. The annual meeting costs $15 for members, and $25 for non members. This event is an after hours awards reception.
The Business After Hours events are from 4:30-6:30PM at changing host locations. Cost to attend is $15 for members and $30 for non-members.
EWN events are from 11:45AM-1:30PM on the first Wednesday of each month at the Trustees of Reservations - Doyle Community Park and Center. These events geared towards woman in various businesses, from the sole proprieter to the executive, are free to attend and you are recommended to bring your own lunch.
The Good Morning Breakfast events are 6:45-8:30 AM on Fridays. A breakfast buffet is served at the Four Points Sheraton in Leominster with a featured guest speaker. Each Breakfast is open to both members and non-members to attend, the price for members is $25 and $40 for non-members. Season tickets for all five breakfasts are available with an over 15% savings.
The Human Resources Council(HRC) events are from noon-1:30PM on Wednesdays at the Chamber. A light lunch is provided. Cost to attend is $25 for members $35 for non members. Season tickets for all nine events are available with over 15% savings.
The North Central Mass HYPE is a program of the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce. HYPE aims to bring together young talent from the region in order to foster their growth both personally and professionally. HYPE offers a plethora of networking opportunities, both socially & professionally, for young business professionals. There are also activities geared towards giving back to the community and just going out and having some fun.
The network is currently providing morning meetings for local facilities to stay up to date on what they need to know about cutting environmental costs and realizing new green opportunities. Representatives of the Central Massachusetts BEN, which has provided quarterly meetings at the Worcester Chamber for many years, talked about the value of that organization’s regular meetings and information sharing. Our Dollars & Sense meeting is hosted at the Chamber (unless other wise noted on our Calendar) the first Tuesday of each month. Our Sales Leads group is held twice monthly, on the second and fourth Tuesday also at the Chamber offices. Attendees have an opportunity to introduce themsleves to 30+ local business people as well present their own business at a future meeting.
